You spend your days caring for others, managing responsibilities, and holding it all together... But when was the last time you truly pressed pause to focus on you?
Project: YOU is a 2.5-hour seasonal wellness workshop designed specifically for midlife women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, revive their strength, clarify their priorities, and step into 2026 feeling centered and capable.
Whether you’re navigating changing energy, shifting roles, or simply craving time to move and breathe with intention... this is your moment!

What to Expect:

An encouraging environment – Receive supportive instruction from two experienced movement specialists, and feel comfort within a community of like-minded women.

Grounding yoga – Move gently and mindfully to come home
to your body, quiet your mind, and reset your nervous system.

Functional strength training – Build practical strength through accessible, full-body movement designed to support energy, resilience, and mobility in everyday life.
Guided intention setting – Use the post-movement clarity to reflect, set small achievable goals, and create an intentional plan for your next 90 days.

​​Refreshments and party favors - Enjoy a little something extra to round out your experience!

We are excited to introduce you to Dr. Monika Tangney... an Encinitas Physical Therapist, founder of Active Wellness Physical Therapy, and specialist in pelvic floor health. Be ready for a jam-packed, informative talk about all things pelvic floor for women in midlife!
