Personal Training (either in person or online) provides a client or a small group with my undivided focus and dedication. Our experience together is collaborative. And the program we create is unique to each individual/ small group.

I help design a plan that is customized to your needs... We work together to find success on the journey!
Personal and semi-private training requires commitment. In order to give you the best chances of meeting your goals, a minimum of 3 months is required for training contracts.
I give my clients way more than just a great workout. I will continually show up with my compassion, knowledge, experience, and the ability to adapt.
So, I ask my clients to bring their effort and dedication to the process as well.
What's Included in Personal Training Packages...
Personal and semi-private training can include between 1-3 people. A commitment of at least 3 months is required - so that we can have time to experience substantial progress.
We begin our coach-client relationship with a complimentary initial assessment.
A customized program will then be designed based on individual goals and needs. Through constant evaluation, I can determine if we need to shift directions and adapt our original plan.
Training sessions can take place between 1-3 times per week. Each session lasts 60 minutes.
We meet at a gym in Carlsbad (in person) or online.
1-1 Training: $100/hour
1-2 Training: $120/hour
1-3 Training: $135/hour
These prices include ongoing program development
over the course of our training.
