A monthly exercise program for busy moms 40+ who already move regularly or want a bigger challenge (but with minimal time commitment). BOLD is a simple, sustainable way to move your body daily, even on your busiest days.

 

Includes a monthly series of pre-recorded 35-40 min full-body workouts, dynamic mobility flows, and 10-minute reset sessions - structured for easy implementation and real progression.
