WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MORSELS OF MOVEMENT...

​*FRESH WORKOUTS EACH MONTH

Every month, 4 new 35-minute "follow-along" workout recordings will be made available. Repeat 2-4 of those workouts consistently every week, and watch your progress unfold!

 

*A FOCUS ON BUILDING STRENGTH

Let's face it. You handle a lot in life. You manage your family, your work, your household, your own pursuits, and more! Your mental/emotional resilience is through the roof. Let's make your physical resilience match that mental/emotional resilience. A focus on getting stronger with intentional, compound movements will help you get there.

*A BALANCED, COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

Each recording is a full body workout that provides ample challenge, but leaves you feeling refreshed and energized. Modifications and alternatives are discussed in each recording.

*MINIMAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

A pair or two of dumbbells, a set of long bands and mini bands, a foam roller, a sturdy chair, and an exercise mat are all the equipment required for our follow-along workouts.

*ACTIVE RECOVERY IN BETWEEN WORKOUTS

A 20-minute Mobility Flow recording will be included each month - to help with active recovery between workouts. And two separate 5-minute dynamic warmup videos are provided - for use before the workout OR as an off-day mini recovery session.​
